It is also known as Solang Nala, is a high-altitude valley located at the top of Kullu in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. The location is 14 km northwest of Manali, a prominent highland station. When it snows in Solang, the high mountain sides turn milky white. The magnificent Solang Valley or Solang Nallah is the finest site to witness the effect that snow has on Manali. The valley is a hotspot for paragliding and zorbing in the summer, and in the winter, it transforms into a snowy resort, attracting visitors who want to try their hand at Manali skiing.
